Books not dilivered since 7 January 2022

I placed an order on the 7th January for my Daughter's school books and until today i still do not have the books. My Daughter is in grade R and she is falling behind qith her studies.

Their number does not go though, they don't respond to emails , their customer service is ridiculous. They do not communicate. I would not advise anyone to buy from them.

I want a refund if i do not receive the books by mobday next week.
