Been waiting almost 2 months for a refund!

I pre-ordered a GPU from Raru at the end of Feb, and after waiting many months, following up multiple times and still no ETA in sight, I asked for a refund. This was done on the 2nd of August. After following up multiple times I was told that my refund would be processed on the 13th of September. By the 20th I'm still waiting. Either they are not planning on giving my money back, or a significant amount of clients are asking for refunds on items they bought from Raru - the queue so long it is taking their finance department possibly 2 months or more to process. Either way, there seems to be massive issues here. Avoid dropping lots of money here.
