Bad service and ****************

I've bought a cd online with Raru in april 2021and they said I will received it in 25 to 35 days . 60 days has passed now without receiving my product . I called a cancelled the order . Now I haven't been refunded my money now is day 11 since I've cancelled my order . This is bad service .
