Bad Refund Time

Just purchased a product from Raru and they advertised 7-10 working days delivery. Shortly thereafter they informed me that product is no longer available and has been discontinued. The kicker is you have to wait up to 15 working days for a Refund for a product they should not have even advertised. Why almost a month for a simple refund? It is unacceptable
