<p>Order headphones. 6 days later (a Thursday) they tell me it will arrive late, but assure me it will arrive the following day (Friday). I email them on Friday - how long will it take to get to me? By Monday. On Monday they email me that there's a supply problem and have no ETA. They've had my money for 9 days, they have no idea if or when the product will arrive. But they have offerred me a refund. Let's see how that goes...</p>
