Awful

As others have confirmed, my advise is to not order with Raru. I've placed an order mid December, where items were indicated to be in stock; only to wait, wait wait well into Jan. Followed up, no response, cancelled my order, have to wait a month (!) for a refund! Do yourself a favour and see if you can get the item elsewhere.
