Awful customer service and a thoroughly unreliable vendor

This organisation accepts orders and payment for items which its suppliers do not have in stock, and does not notify or inform its customers of the lack of availability. Customer service is non-existent, promises to follow-up on queries are not kept, and the account/finance department appears to be a quill-and-parchment operation.

Absolutely the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
