Avoid Raru. Non-delivery, no refund, unresponsive.

Ordered a book on 28 November 2018 that was said to take 3-5 days. Was informed a day later that there wasn't stock and no estimated time of delivery but would be kept informed and supplier was to deliver following week.

Received no further response but upon following up was told the product should have been received but supplier failed to deliver. Thereafter no communications.

Asked for refund on 7 December 2018, was told that it would be refunded to credit card within 7-15 days. On 22 January 2019 still no refund and numerous e-mails now go unanswered. Avoid.
