Avoid Raru at all cost

I thought giving Raru a chance. Firstly it says delivery would be in around 10 days which I put a order in on the 14th March. System says will only be deliver the 29th way of the mark what was promised. 29th came and on the tracking says there is a problem. Emailed them they responding saying scanners are broken could deliver the items, this is where I was getting worries. Then yesterday no it is with couriers will be delivered today. Heard nothing from them. At 5 yesterday afternoon saying delivery was refused, I am like what to do now. Emailed again, refusing to get back to me or help me. Worst online shopping experience. AVOID RARU LIKE THE PLAGUE
