appalling service

Appalling/non existent customer service. Order RCO-92W-EK4 so late and you cannot get in touch with their phone number - continually says 'this number is busy', which I can understand for either a) all of the complaints or b) they are too embarrassed to pick up. i would like to know WHEN i am getting my delivery!? AVOID RARU!
