Amazing service

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to urgently find a new Christmas present for my three year old who broke her leg. I sent them an email explaining my situation. The very next day I got a response, saying they will be able to deliver within three days. They phoned me and emailed me to ensure I got the right version of the product.
