Absolutely pathetic levels of service

Please advise on the status of order RCO-EJB-F32 as it was originally expected to ship, 22 October 2019.These items were ordered almost 2 months ago (24 September 2019) and they were required for a birthday gift.I was advised when I initially requested some feedback on this order that items would be shipped as an when they are received.Since placing the order 38 working days have passed. At present, the item in this order with the longest lead time is sitting at 35 working days.This level of service is absolutely unacceptable and actually pathetic. When am I getting my items which I have paid for? Why has nobody reached out to at least advise on this order? Why am I having to chase you guys for a service that you were supposed to provide me with? Please provide urgent feedback regarding this order.
