5 weeks processing time for a refund.....

I ordered a book for my daughter in January with a 2-3 week delivery time. At the beginning of March, RaRu informed me: There has only been a single shipment from our supplier in the UK in the last 2 weeks and sadly your book was not among those that were included! My daughter needed the book for her studies and it was meanwhile offered on another online-retailer (and delivered 3 weeks ago!) so I canceled my order with RaRu and have been waiting for the refund of R648 since 5 weeks. The answer is always "backlog on requests "...... I can't imagine what would justify such a long processing time... No goods were delivered, there is nothing to check or to acknowledge etc
