30+ day refund for their error

I ordered and paid for an item, almost 1 week later I get told they are no longer able to provide the item and will instead be giving me credit to an equal value in their store. I told them I did not care for credit in their store and would prefer the money to be refunded. They told me this would take 30 days?! They have since refused to respond to me.
