2 months later and they have not processed my refund.

If i could give zero stars, i would. I returned an item due to an incorrect description. I logged the return the day after i received it and they collected the very next day. It's been about 2 months and i have not received my refund as of yet. The amount is more than R1000. Not to mention, they money sitting in their bank account generates interest, which they don't pay back either. That's a really ***** practice, i would stay away from this place.
