11 months and counting to fulfill an order

This situation is actually ridiculous now. Order RCO-EJB-F32 Covid-19 aside, border restrictions aside.... It cannot take more than 11 months to get my order to me.What on earth is going on?I see my Funko is at the warehouse but for some reason the book which I ordered, which is available to order is still in progress?What do I have to do to get my stuff that I paid for?What is the reason for the delay? Is it because I placed the order at a lower price and now you want me to cancel and reorder at the higher price- and then due to the lower price on the order also pay delivery fees?What is going on????? I want my items!!!! It might be 11 months later but I do believe that paying for something means you should get something.
