raregamesonly eBay seller ****!

Bought a Blu Ray Laser replacement for a FAT PS3 game console on 11th July 2020 from a seller called raregamesonly (https://www.ebay.com/usr/raregamesonly?_trksid=p***.m2749.l2754). Was emailed 2 days later that it had been shipped. Due to COVID-19 shipping issues I gave the seller lots of time. However, by Jan 2021, having never been contacted by the seller, I asked them where my item was. They rep**** saying I had never purchased anything from them. I then sent them proof of purchase and payment from eBay and Paypal but the seller has stopped responding.
