WORST customer service from Stephen the ‘manager’

I’ve been to Rare many a time and have had the greatest service and food! Utterly shocked by the service I got from one of the managers today! Called beforehand tor make a booking for 1730hrs and the Stephen advised that Rare closes between 1900 and 1930 hrs. The insisted that I come in at 1700 hrs to have a greater dining experience and I did decline that offer as we just needed a quick supper and were ok with a one hour dining experience . Upon arrival at 1715hrs, I was told that the store was closed. All good and well, asked for Stephen, when he came through and was abrupt at rude, basically told me I was crazy and I had insisted on coming at 1730 and he couldn’t stop me. Worst customer service, especially from from a manager!!!!! Especially after specifically asking what time the kitchen closes and he told me that the kitchen closes between 1900 and 1930 hrs. All good and well that the kitchen was closed, I wasn’t going to force the matter but he continued to argue and not a single apology was uttered for giving the wrong information. Honestly, he must do better! I’ve never had to fault Rare, but Stephen was just rude and out of order! He needs to work on his attitude! He literally could have apologized but he patronized me with every word! Worst brand ambassador!
