RARC ROODEPOORT, THE WORSE PANEL BEATER BY FAR!!!!!!!

We were referred to this panel beater by King Price Assessor, Neville. On 3 occasions our car was in a worse condition then prior to the accident. There were dents, scratches, etc. that was not part of the claim and RARC confirmed the damages happened at their premises but promises to repair it. After the 3rd attempt, we demanded for another panel beater to do the work. Neville agreed, however Neville tried to get RARC to pay for the damages and kept us waiting without transport. Neville knew our circumstances, but was more interested in looking after RARC interest, as he mentioned prior to the incident that he knows them well. Neville cut the new panel beater to the bone to ensure RARC is accommodated and tried to look for ways to assist RARC. I don't know who is worse, the panel beater or King Price Assessors. We know other people that can confess to the bad workmanship of RARC Roodepoort.
