Bad , Awful and Lousy Service at Rapsophy Sunnyside. (check bills before paying)

On Tuesday night i decided to go chill at Rapsody's in Sunnyside and the service l endured was beyond imaginable. One would refer to the service as lousy, contemptible , disgusting and ignominious. I bought a bottle of champagne veuve clicquot of R1200 which i always purchase. When the waiter by the name Eugene brought us the bill the bottle was recorded at a price of R1600 as open beverage which explictly shows that the amount was entered manually and it was not in the system. The total of our bill amounted to R2995. I clearly highlighted everything to him but his response shocked me as he stated that i must pay what i drunk and that is what is on the Bill. I requested to speak with the manager who was not helpful and outlandish comportment. I waited for the manage for more than 30 mins until i went to the kitchen as one of our friend was not feeling well. The events escalated or skyrocketed to the point whereby the managed threated to inflict harm on me. However, i was not prepared for an extra amount being solicited **********ly . After an hour of intense argument with the manger and the waiter , i received a bill with the R400 deducted and i settled my bill. This is only a short version of the events that transpired and i used to be a customer of this shop everywhere i go. Please check your bills properly before paying.
