Constant Undelivered Newspapers

I've taken out a subscription for Die Burger and Rapport newspapers for my father due to the fact that he has a severe heart condition. This was to alleviate any unnecessary stress as well as for the convenience of him not having to go out everyday for a paper. For the past four (4) Sundays, the Rapport newspaper has not been delivered. I've spoke to Francois, Louis as well as Vanessa. Francois promised to personally deliver the paper should this happen again. And Vanessa has promised a follow-up phone call for this morning 30 August 2015 between 7am and 8am. Needless to say there were no papers and no follow up calls. I've explained numerously the reasons for taking out this subscription and not wanting the added aggravation of having my father do follow-ups just to be told that: \They're only in the call-center". This is a breach of contract. There's absolutely no hesitation when the subscription fees need to be debited"
