Terrible Service

I am extremely disappointed with Rapidstudio. They make my company look bad with their terrible service. An order was place for USB memory sticks with my company logo engraved, thinking it would only take a week, like usual so I can put my clients photos on the memory sticks. After a week I had no response from them, the status online also doesn't get updated. I contacted them and they said there was an issue with the logo. Which is strange since its a simple logo and I sent them a high resolution png file. Then I sent them the original adobe Ai file along with a converted black and white Adobe Ai file. They told me they could only make outlines witht the engraving which I know is not true since I've had it done before. I told them to just get the job done since two week had already passed. Long story short I had to give my clients their photos on one of my own memory sticks and refund their money since I'm still waiting for these memory sticks. I cant contact RapidStudio since they are on holiday and couldn't care less. I've requested a refund from RapidStudio also with no response... I will never use RapidStudio again as they don't care about their clients and their communication is terrible.
