Great service to continue using a great product

I bought vouchers for RapidStudio photo books a while ago, but misplaced it. They very recently popped up again and I was in the process of finishing another photo book and wanted to use the vouchers, but got a 'expired' message when trying to use it. There was no expiry date on the voucher. I emailed RapidStudio and got a message within a few hours stating that the expiry date has been extended! Needless to say, it was used immediately. I am really happy with the result and will keep on using them for wonderful quality photo books and the very user-friendly software. Thank you Thelma and I look forward to my new album!
