Bad businness behaviour

I app**** for a loan at this i dont know what to call it anymore.well,it wasnt much cos of i was just trying to check if my flagging of being under debt review has been removed.well,their response said i am under debt review and their lousy loan of 182 kept on saying still busy please wait.. Then fast forward to yesterday,i get a message on whatsapp from an i ternational number,well now its different numbers of consultants threathebing me that they will expose me for not wanting to pay.i ask what am i paying for?i sent them a bank statement asking them to highlight the payment to my accoung...all i got was i sukts and name calling and how they will terrorise my life,harrass my friends and family...and expose me as a b@$&& that scanned tgem..hello,who gets ****med for 260...now,Rapidloan is busy sending me insults to my number and has now records of my contacts threatening to call and demand the money they failed to highlight on my bank statement....now they threaten as they say,calling me nanes,thatt my personal details will be exposed
