Rapid Water Charlatanry!
***********. Over priced and no respect for their customers. Jonathan is a charlatan . 8 weeks to find a short R 8000.00 later and still experiencing same issues plus cross wired and mislabelled switches on my sub board and the best he could do is offer a new job card at an additional cost of R 10 000 , to put me off and walk away smelling like roses. This is pure ******* . Beware!

It has taken me months to reply as you are the first complaint I have had on any platform in 15 years. I offered you a total solution to solve all your problems, your response was that you did not want to spend a lot of money so I tried my best to help you and did the work for which I quoted you.
Once I was finished I suggested more changes would be required as the system was well below specification both electrically and hydraulically and you took offence to this, I did not build this very badly designed system and tried my best to help you.
I have also at no point been rude or disrespectful to you or any one of my clients so take serious offence to this statement.
I then after this post tried to call you to sort it out and your response via WhatsApp was:
Yes its me not hiding anything
respond as you wish
Im sure you very skilled at defending **** poor workmanship at ridiculous rates buddy
