Worst ********* company ever!!
This is by far the worst company, the took R3900 of our R6500 deposit! We left the place in a great condition I even changed the mechanisms in the doors that were stripped, added a tv unit and even put in a toilet roll as there wasn't even that!
Apparently a tv unit is not a fixture even though their forman and the rental agent gerald told us that it is we must keep it in. The charged us R1300 for paint and they had to get 3 painters and 2 cleaners plus a forman for a 50 square meter flat!! My helper and I cleaned that whole place the only thing we forgot was the extractor van and they needed 6 people to "repair" the smallest flat!!
They even charged me a R650 call out fee AND a travel fee of R300, for what?? I have now opened a case against them, this is *******!
We take note of your 1-star rating. Unfortunately the unit was not left in the same condition as the tenants received it when they occupied the property. Your invoice was generated strictly according to your in- & outgoing inspection reports signed by the tenant.
