Never in my life have I come across people who do business like this crowd! I warn all property owners, commercial & residential, potential tenants, BE VERY CAREFUL of these ******! Check your annual increases, check your contracts! 5% increase on rent turned to an extra R12k over the last 3 yrs! When I dare to open my mouth about their sly practices I get threatened by the owner of the company! They cut electricity & even water when they want to. Issue ******** penalties and if you dispute it, they cut your power on a Friday afternoon. Only once threatened with the police do they withdraw the penalties. Bullies! Bianca de Wit should be working alone in a room with a computer, no human skills & an obvious hatred towards anything & anyone. Communication skills are non existent. Stand up to these **** and you get served with a notice letter. Even sent an old man to my door to offer me money to move earlier than my contract date so they can close a deal. Pathetic! Im not desperate for money so pick a finger!
