Threats!!!

This all started when we wanted to change the name on the contract. Johan de Klerk terminated the contract instead of just change of ownership...which caused double deposit and key fee and the works. As we sorted this out with a huge fight and eventually signed the new contract...not all documents were attached and sent through to me two weeks later. I then had a problem with my emails and could not send or receive emails (which he knew about), i get a threat today saying that if i do not send documents through today he will be forced to take steps. (i'm talking about the two pages that were missing was the pet application form (which he fully new there was a pet on the premisses) and the index page). This is not worth a threat! What happened to the good old days when the rental agent would come to you or meet up with you some where so that you could sign the documents??<br> Johan de Klerk an agent of Rapid Retals Pretoria made my journey of starting new a nightmare!
