Johan de Klerk assisted us to rent a flat, assisted us with various matters while we were renting and proceeded to assist us with buying a new property. Thus far there has not been an issue that he was not able to solve, and he is in the ball during every step of the process. I'm willing to admit that I am not the easiest person to deal with, and possibly gave him a hard time, but he took it on the chin, kept calm and collected, and managed to keep me a happy customer. I'm sure he knows that he is doing a great job without me needing to tell him. Thank you Johan, and apologies for my behaviour.
