Stay away!!

Stay away as far as possible. They are withholding our deposit because they are in a dispute regarding the water readings with council, that being said our water and lights was paid every month (on their readings) they then threw a couple of extras on top of that like a R5003 fine for prematurely ending the lease (we found new tenants that occupied as soon as we where out) and some other stuff as well to further more score as much money as they can (and still doesn’t pay out)

Went to go see them and all they said was sorry but there is noting we can do (actually have the audio for that as well) we moved out prematurely because the landlords kept on entering the premises when ever they felt like it and nothing was done even when I complained about it.

We actually needed that money and they just have absolutely no remorse even when I told them I promised my kids that we could go away and that we would have to cancel if they didn’t pay out (already being late with the payout) and they simply didn’t care

Till this day I haven’t received a single email regarding the standing of my deposit.

Absolutely evil and heartless in the admin department. Unfortunately other people have to suffer under their name
