rude rude RUDE!!!!

I rented a property from rapid rentals. For the last 5 months . Yesterday my fianc? gets a statement that we need to pay R1000. 00. I was very upset. And this lady answers the phone so rude. I request that she can be nicer. Today I receive a very rude and mocking email from her. Also telling me now I have to move out the 1st of Aug because I am so UNHAPPY with them she is assuming I am not getting renewal of my contract. She personally attacked me in her emails. I told her that's not the way u talk to the clients that I renting with you. As I also worked in real a state before. She was not helpful. And if you complain they kick you out. And send statements without explaining anything just wanting you to pay and the pay date was a week ago and I only received it yesterday!!!!! WHAT TIPE OF COMPANY O'S THIS???
