Refunds

Rapid rentals made me pay a security deposit to secure a house, but just before the payment went through they got a payment from another client. They told me that a refund will only be done the next morning, the next morning they tell me that the person doing the payment is on leave and that my deposit will only be refunded the next day at 15h00. My problem is that I need to pay a deposit to secure the next premises again and they are not willing to talk to me. the Manager is not willing to talk to me nor does any of the staff willing to give me the managers name
