Rediculous Electricity bills everymonth

We started 2 months ago at R240 for our electricity bill,since then our bill has accumulated to R800,the next month R1100 and Now when we are moving out we are charged R1050 and we are Only 2 people ,no lights are being used Nor the geiser. When we Enquire the problem we are told its Our problem not theirs and the Guy only comes to take our meter reading every second month with no response from any emails sent! Our neighbours are complaining about the same problem but are putting it off as part living with rapid rentals. We have been with them for 8 years and never this poor service! The lady who rented the place to us admitted the Bill is being splitted into 6 people who are living here in total. So our electricity bill is unacurate and Our problem...Unacceptable!!
