READ ALL THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS BEFORE RENTING WITH THEM

If I could rate less than 1 star than i would, everything that everyone has said on Hallo Peter and Google reviews about this company is true. they make you live in the worst conditions and their maintenance team just do not care, yet when its time for you to move out they feel entitled to more than than a 2/3 of your deposit. My personal experience and advise to everyone renting from them is as follows: 1 . do not go back and forth with stupid emails threatening to report them to the Housing tribunal or the proceeding with legal action. JUST DO IT. ( i personally took my matter to the small claims court ) 2. make sure you scrutinise the moving out inspection, mine turned out to be a copy and paste job 3. do not feel intimidated by their threats or give in to their demands.

in conclusion, yes my deposit was paid back to me ( three days ago) even though it was a couple of months after i have moved out. my experience with dealing with these people is that once you proceed with legal action in THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT they will by all means try to reach a settlement agreement with you Good luck to every one
