Rapid Rentals wi ns award for worst agency!!!

The worst possible people to work with. First of all, you ask them over and over and over to come and fix things and they just never do. They never give feedback and they do not worry about their clients. Secondly and this is a big one!!! THEY HAVE A DESPUTE WITH TSHWANE COUNCIL AND HOLD BACK OUR DEPOSIT BECAUSE THEY WERE BEHIND ON BILLS. WE DID NOT DEAL WITH TSHWANE COUNCIL WE DEALT WITH RAPID METERING. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH US AND IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTH AND THEY STILL OWE US A TON OF MONEY!!! They do not care and they are horrible people. Will not make a plan to help, will not say we will see what we can do... no they just pull up their shoulders and say it is not their problem that we have bills to pay with that deposit money. Horrible people. Stay away. They will f.... you over
