Rapid Rentals thinks tenants safety is a joke!!

I don't even have the words to really explain how bad this company and its employees really is. My financial losses since doing business with Rapid Rentals is unbelievable.

Beside the fact that they forced us to take showers in a shower that literally shocked us because of an electricity leakage of some sort (actually laughing about it when we complained about it) they just deducted the most unfair amounts from our deposit. To give you an idea, we are charged the following: R1835 for paint R750 for a maintance supervisor (which not once was present when previous maintenance was done) R400 to tavel for purchasing of paint R400 inspection fee And many more, up to a total of an amount of R5237.53. Absolutely unbelievable.

Please, NEVER sign a contract with this company, you will regret it!!! R840 for painting labour
