Rapid Rentals always F*#ing up

I stay in florida in a newly build complex, every few months or even weeks we had been having issues related to water or electricity, the past 3 days we had no electricity due to them not paying the accounts, this is not the residents problem, their excuse is they paid the wrong account. they taking their time to sort out the issue. im highly upset
