Rapid Rentals

My lease ended the 31/10/19 and according to their own contract the deposit will be paid in 10 days. Its already on the 14/11 and struggling to get an answer from someone in the finance department the reason the deposit is not yet paid out. Since 11/11 Monday the lady is always in a meeting. The moving out inspection was 101% and therefore no reason to withhold my deposit.
