Rapid rental deducted almost 50% from my deposit for cleaning and painting .. for a bachelor flat

<p>There is such a term called "Fair wear and tear" in the Rental Act of 1999. This is the charges I am paying :</p> <p> </p> <p>R300.00 Rapid rentals call out fee (ironically the person that do the inspections was also the painter)</p> <p>R350.00 First hour labour</p> <p>R141.00 Cleaner labour</p> <p>R126.00 Painter labour</p> <p>R242.76 Foreman supervision and moving out inspection</p> <p> </p> <p>I am currently loging a complaint with the Rental Tribunal</p> <p> </p>
