PLEASE BE AWARE

Don't ever trust any of their agents or the company itself. They lead me under false intentions when moving into a unit. I asked to agents that was responsible for the units if it is safe, assured me it is a safe complex. Only to find two Bravo men in my house with panga a week after I moved in. Then only to find out Rapid Rentals was aware of this incidents occurring in the complex, it's been occurring for a long period of time and the electric fence's been off for 6 months. The Bravo men have been using our unit as access point to the complex for a few months as well. After I sent the company a letter, saying that I can no longer live there and gave them notice, they said that I will be fined R5300 and be liable for three months rent. So they expect a person to live in a unit where you were almost ******ed and pay rent. This is a heartless money thriving company. Please be aware.
