Pathetic

I am beyond gatvol. I have never ever dealt with such a pathetic company. No one ever answers the phone, and if they do no one is available, they take a message and promises to call back. Well after 100 calls and emails i am still waiting. The keep syaing i dont pay my rent when i have freakin done so. Then takes them weeks to allocate it. Keep getring letter of demand. They are ****ty when it comes to maintanance as no one ever answers or get back to me. Lets not even get to the part about the tshwane bill, i will have to write a book.
