3 years after renting through them I came on here just to check if your services picked up and the reviews would be more positive but I'm honestly not surprised, worst rental company you could ever work with! LAZY, ***********, SLY, The owner makes a living by keeping your deposit and they will make sure they find something to justify why they do. They charge you for meter readings which they never take, they estimate it and over charge you for usage. It's a disgusting rental company to say the least. They lure people in by posting all these cute places and they approve you then and there only to ***** you over in the end! Then to top it all off they come on here to fight you with some disgusting audacity as if they are so innocent and all in denial. Bunch of ****tards!

Why did you feel the urge to leave a review THREE YEARS after you vacated the property in Fry street? Your review is also nasty and Hello Peter had to block out some of your words. I think this says more about your character than our service.
According to the inspection that you signed and agreed on, we painted all the walls that had dirty marks and replaced one globe that was billed to your account. If you left the property in the same condition as you received it when you occupied, you would have received back your full deposit.
We take actual meter readings every month to send accurate water and electricity bills to our tenants. You could have been billed through Tshwane who uses estimates every month. Regards,Management
