It's a disgrace doing business like this

If you ever see a Rapid Rentals adverti*****t/board regarding a property you are looking to rent, RUN!!! I completely agree with all of the previous reviews regarding deposits. While renting a property through Rapid Rentals, we bought a property. We gave Rapid Rentals 2 months notice before moving out. Within the first 2 weeks of giving them notice, they found new tenants, which means that they did not lose any income what so ever. We did end our agreement before the end of the contract date and they did charge us a penalty (breach of contract) which I'm completely okay with, but charging us R5003 for breach of contract, even though they did not lose a sent, is day light *******. They repaid the rest of my deposit back in to my account, which is also short of what actually should have been paid as we left the property in a far better condition than the day we moved in. Rapid Rentals took 76% of my deposit! *****!
