Incorrect info and unexplained costs

We moved within the same complex from unit 23 to 26. We transferred all deposit fees and hired a cleaner to clean the old place. The inspection was done and all the repairs were verbally discussed between us and the maintenance manager. he instructed us that the painting of 1 room and washing of 1 wall would cost us less than R 1000.00 <br> today we received the refund and have been billed R 1400.00 for the work done. the monies is also paid one day late and the accounts department gave us a simple, so sorry to hear that.<br> i believe this behavior is not acceptable and would like a response on this matter.
