Eleven days before fumigation ?!!
No response?! I will start going into more detail until I get somewhere. When we stopped for a set of keys while their 'maintenance team' was still busy 'cleaning' up after the previous tenants, the roaches were all over the floors, walls, ceilings. HORROR is an understatement. I was laughed at when I asked 'how many are there?'. They only called for fumigation on day 11 of the lease agreement. Fumigated and gassed the property inside and out. Our request for a rebate was rejected with a lame 'SORRY'. We had no money to move and had to live there for 5 months. HELL. Can't unpack, can't cook because we did not want our belongings INFESTED. Filthy disease carrying pests by the hundreds of thousands, in all colors, shapes and sizes. We did not clean their filthy cupboards apart from vacuuming the dead ones every other day. Pointless having it fumigated if you clean the poison. They had the audacity to charge us for 'cleaning' and painting! When mister maintenance 'specialist' read that I said I am OCD, he told me his 'wife also goes through several bottles of bleach a month'. Being patronized was pretty lame. Wake up rapid rentals, I have run out of patience!!

21 Apr 2021, 09:13Rude, ***********, arrogant. The minute someone moves out, their 'maintenance' team is waiting outside. They ensure they take money from you and they never supply proper invoices or receipts. Sorry to hear about their ****, but our deposits are not there for outstanding maintenance or to enrich the owner!! Their doors should be closed - I want them audited and investigated!

Good day all reading this bad review. Christine's reviews are not making sense. She bad reviewed 3 other rental agencies on the same day about the same issue. Made a scene over one hair found in a cupboard, and dog snot on a glass door, which wasn't allowed to be wiped, as he arrogantly told my aunt. Where must my dogs wait, except outside??? - and that after Haig and company walked over and dirtied my just mopped floor. Zandrie expected us to make the garage available to the incoming tenants, which we refused, for obvious reasons. YF2201 REFERS. YOU CHARGED US 1,610.82 FOR EXISTING ****. Deny as much as you like, this review is 100% true and correct.

"Cleaning curtain rails, cupboards, some windows, moping floors (aka mopping) and garage. Some marked walls painted. back of two cupboards painted. Reinstalling garage door supports."
Odd indicating washable paint, if you had to repaint?! The handprint on the garage wall, wasn't my handiwork either. Your guys installed curtain rails to give us some privacy, as our belongings were stored on the right side of the garage. You were asked to deactivate that door for a reason. If we never used cupboards, why was it marked?
I got charged for this nonsense, even though we never unpacked, due to no less than 4 fumigations during our 5 months of hell. The 1st joint inspection was on day 17 of the lease agreement!!

Ingoing & outgoing inspection was done. The amount was for your account!! Do not keep on posting reviews for something that happened 5 YEARS AGO!!! The maintenance lady that worked here is no longer at Rapid Rentals. We will not entertain this anymore. You should have sorted this out 5 years ago!

Wasting tenants' time, taking money that does not belong to you, and disrupting lives. It is a disgrace. There is no excuse for that.
