Complaint against Jennylee Simmons from Rapid rentals

I have a bad experiences with rapid rentals in the moot. Firstly their agent don't inform you about extra charges that they add once you move in the property.they only tell you about rent,deposit and admin fee but you end up paying more money once you in. Then there's a lady by the name of Jennylee Simmons who is very *********** and rude towards you. She will add more money into your account but fail to explain where is it coming from, she claimed i owe double rent in March but she couldn't show me where is it coming from and after realizing her mistake she didn't even have the decency to apologize. On numerous occasions she adds unnecessary amount which some wasn't even suppose to be added. Then there's also Mariculeen Human who wen you move out you use her to be a reference but wen she's called for reference she talks bad about you saying you are a bad payer. She's full of ****** together with Jennylee cos if it wasn't for tenants they wouldn't have a pay every month end. Rapid rentals have beautiful units but trust me they will rip you off even wen you move out trying to take your deposit. Be careful with them cos they ******* your money.
