Bad services, rude employers

We have bought a house in a complex, extremely bad service from a lady called Maxine. They scream over the phone and does not want to listen to your issue. They had a leakage problem with the apartment above us, which affected us. They came to fix our affected light but gave us a cheaper, light version. we cannot see anything at night . What a terrible company and employees.
