Worst customer experience we have ever encountered

<div>We have done many upgrades and additions to our properties and have therefor been exposed to a long list of Service Providers and/or Contractors, dealing with Rapid Pools was the worst Customer experience we have ever encountered, we understand now why many reviews which they will refer to as **** is in actual fact Customers posting anonymously due to the fear of being threatened. It doesn't matter what you say, *** is never wrong, and the Customer is always at fault, you will also be treated with the utmost disrespect and will need to resort to only communicating via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, the most unpleasant experience we have ever had to deal with.&nbsp;</div>
