Rapid Pools - No Rapid completion almost 5 months in.

“And please don’t just believe anything that is said on social media… there’s always that rotten tomato in the basket And if they don’t get their way, is bully and then tries to spite you if they don’t get their way by trying their hardest to Smear our name … sad but true.”

Unfortunately there are a lot of people now on social media saying the contrary it seems that Rapid pools is the bully.

Almost 5 months still waiting for a commitment from Rapid pools and Construction for something I was told should not take more than 15 days to complete.

Over promise and under deliver on everything, even on promises to call you back, let alone adhere to commitments made telephonically or in email.

Not to mention passing on their bad business decisions that are now impacting many customers.

They constantly ignore my calls to call me back and pleas to complete or provide an agreed upon completion date, and all I get is a WhatsApp from them saying at some time, but cannot confirm when, and the one occasion I got to speak to Gus he swore at me and slammed the phone down.

When workers were actually on site they would often only work for a couple hours and then go sit around for hours during the day doing nothing.

Not to mention the several occasions when I eventually I got a WhatsApp to say they would be onsite, they would not pitch up the next day, with no communication and only by me having to constantly call in to find out they have used their staff on other sites to complete or work on.

Having seen many comments on social media, I can see that there were pools started after mine, to be completed prior to mine, even though I have paid 95% of my pool to them in good faith.

These are just a few of the issues I am still having to deal with, with still absolutely no sight to the ending of the fiasco.
