SHOCKING EXPERIENCE AT RAPID PANEL BEATERS

My car was involved in an accident with a taxi. KURTS TOWING ***ned by Kurt, who owns Rapid panel beaters) towed my car after telling me they were connected with Outsurance. BIGGEST mistake was me allowing them to tow my car. Firstly, they are NOT part of Outsurance! Secondly, they quoted me R35000. Thirdly, while my car sat in their yard, my NEW R8000 touch screen audio system was ****** out of my car..in the 3 DAYS IT WAS THERE!!!!!<br> I insisted on taking it elsewhere and had the job done for R12 000... a PERFECT JOB!!!!<br> They told me that the yard had a security guard. When I went to collect my car, there was NO security, and I have witnesses to that. I drove my car out of the open gate with not ONE person questioning me??? What really irritated me is that my R8000 system was cut out!!<br> I have since left 8 messages for Kurt to call me back but for some reason he chooses not to. I have emailed him 4 times asking him to compensate me for my radio, but he chooses not to reply. Unprofessional is an understatement!!!
